Responsibilities include (but not limited to) :
- Maintaining Reception
- Administration tasks to support sales team
- Client and Visitor greeting upon arrival
- Management of incoming calls
- Directing Couriers making deliveries
- Data Entry when required
The Successful Applicants will need to have
- Proven work experience as a front office receptionist
- Strong written and spoken English
- Attention to detail
- Solid Knowledge of MS Office Suite ( Outlook, Word and Excel )
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to priorities workload
