Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative mission is to maintain relationships and provide exceptional Customer Service to internal & external customers. The Customer Service Representative will work as part of the ANZ regional customer service team, while also providing support to External Sales Representatives, Account Managers, and the broader Sales Management team.
Primary Responsibilities
- Working within the Customer Service Team to assist in processing of all requests for quotations to the order release stages.
- Maintain relationships with customers/ potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and future business opportunities
- Collaborating with Internal stakeholders to provide support
- Answers customer queries regarding pricing, turnaround, and technical information.
- Enters, maintains, and reviews customer pricing and customer database.
Experience and Skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good knowledge in software programs such as Microsoft Office Suites
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
