About the role
As a Team Leader you will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing daily production activities
- Experience within the Food Manufacturing Industry
- Train and monitor staff - 30 staff
- Conducting daily safety talks
- Handling raw materials
- Technical Machine Operating - troubleshooting
- Working in a Cold storage 4 degrees
To be successful, you will possess the following:
- Minimum 12 months experience as a Team Leader
- Experience working in a food manufacturing environment
- Attention to detail
- GMP and HACCP experience is a MUST
- People management skills
- Strong work ethic - we are looking for reliability, punctuality and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
