As a Corporate Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. This onsite position involves managing a multi-line phone system, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the team to deliver an outstanding client

Key Responsibilities include:
- Answer approximately 100-150 calls daily, screen and direct calls, or take and relay messages accurately.
- Maintain accurate inbound call and visitor logs.
- Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage meeting and boardroom bookings, organize taxis and couriers, and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
- Train Admin Assistants on reception duties and contribute to operational efficiencies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume corporate or legal environment.
- Strong foundation in administration and clerical tasks within a similar setting.
- Demonstrated experience in phone-based customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to type 40+ words per minute with 95% accuracy.
- Proactive, detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills, a strong customer service focus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism while adapting seamlessly to both independent and team environments.
