Key Responsibilities include:
- Identify, target, and engage potential B2B clients in need of HR services by capitalising on self-generated opportunities and leads from the sales and marketing teams.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth and meet revenue targets in the B2B sector.
- Establish and build strong relationships with key decision-makers and HR professionals within target industries.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client requirements.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for growth in new B2B sectors and regions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and C-Suite, to ensure client needs are met effectively.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, with a clear understanding of a KPI driven environment,
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to driving results and overcoming challenges.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing new client relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
