About the role
As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Training, coaching, and performance management to drive productivity, engagement and overall site objectives
- Design and implement procedures to maintain efficient stock levels
- Conduct regular cycle counts and generate essential reports on stock movement, turnover rates, and cost analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
- Drive Lean initiatives to streamline inventory management, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and legislative safety requirements.
To be successful, you will possess the following:
- Significant experience in management within warehousing, or supply chain
- Skilled in Warehouse Management Systems, inventory software, and Microsoft
- Solid analytical approach to generating reports
- Commercial Insight: Ability to make cost-effective decisions and propose process improvements
