Our client, a global leader in Computers and Information Technology are looking for an experienced Warehouse Fulfilment Officer to join their team located at Regents Park

About the role
Responsibilities include (but not limited to) :
- End to end processing of customer orders
- Create and record manual orders
- Control and plan stock movements between warehouses
- Validate container serial numbers
- Record pallet transfer and new stock shipments
- Respond to inbound and outbound enquiries
- Update standard operating procedures when required
- Produce reports when needed
- Plan and maintain stock levels
The Successful Applicants will need to have
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge of picking and packing orders using a warehouse management system
- Experience using pallet jacks and pallet wrappers
- Sound Inventory Management
- Strong ability to plan and manage stock levels
- Strong excel skills using VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Good knowledge of chain of responsibility
- Exceptional communication skills, ability to engage with internal and external stake holders
- Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines
- Must be self-motivated and be able to work well under pressure
