About the role
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the following:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dedicated client set.
- Train new warehouse staff within your area of responsibility. Manage time and attendance for operatives within area of responsibility.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager and other departments to align client strategies with overall company objectives
- Identify and address issues and concerns promptly
- Ensure all client interactions and transactions are documented accurately. Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
To be successful, you will possess the following:
- Significant experience in within warehousing, or supply chain
- Skilled in Warehouse Management Systems, inventory software, and Microsoft
- Solid analytical approach to generating reports
- Commercial Insight: Ability to make cost-effective decisions and propose process improvements
