About the role
Your main responsibilities as a Service Administrator include:
- To manage purchase orders from creation to completion
- Fulfill administrative tasks to support Technical Services
- Assign service calls to engineers & escalate unresolved customers enquiries
- Build strong relationships with the engineers to build towards business goals
- Analyse data to identify trends and offer recommendations to leadership
To be successful, you will possess the following:
- Tertiary education is desirable, and a current driver's license is essential
- 2+ years of experience in service administration is essential
- Basic skills in MS Office Suite applications, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Exceptional ability to manage tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively
- A strong passion and proven track record for delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
