About the role
As a Freight Handler, you will be responsible for the following:
- Assist with loading and unloading freight.
- Support drivers with deliveries and pick-ups.
- Handle various goods with care and ensure they are securely packed.
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficient and timely operations.
To be successful, you will possess the following:
- Must be physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
- Ability to work shift work including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Induction on-site is required.
- Previous experience in freight handling or warehouse work is preferred, but not essential.
- Provide a clear Criminal History Check and a Drug/Alcohol Test
