About the role
- Processing incoming orders
- Review and process warranty claims and commissioning forms
- Handling customer enquiries such as invoicing, goods returns and machine panel numbers
- Invoice processing
- Allocation of credit and debit invoices
- General administrative duties
To be successful, you will possess the following:
- Previous Finance Administrative experience
- Invoicing and accounts experience is highly regarded
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills - phone, email and face to face
- Strong attention to detail
- Available to work Monday to Friday
- Current resume with 2x work related references
- Able to attend our Yeerongpilly Office for an interview
