About the role
As a Die Setter, you will be responsible for the following:
- Set up, inspect, and maintain dies for quality and safety.
- Monitor production, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations.
- Perform routine maintenance and store dies properly.
- Ensure quality checks, safety compliance, and resolve issues promptly.
- Lead shift operations, coordinating the team to meet goals.
To be successful, you will possess the following:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience in manufacturing or die-setting, or a relevant trade qualification.
- Basic knowledge of machine setup, tuning, and die maintenance.
- Forklift license and basic computer literacy required.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and quality procedures.
