The role
Momentum is currently recruiting for an experienced Delivery Driver/Storeperson, working for a national leader within the automative parts industry, located in Fyshwick. In this position, you will be responsible for the transportation of stock from the central warehouse to commercial sites, customer service, and unloading stock at delivery sites. This a combined Transport and Warehousing role, with the ideal candidate working across warehousing and delivery operations.
As this role is 5 days/week Monday to Friday, only candidates with unlimited work rights will be short-listed.

About the role
This client is looking for a Delivery Driver/Storeperson who holds a valid Drivers License.
Licenses accepted include:
- Full C Class NSW Drivers License
- Green or Red Provisional NSW Drivers License
As a Delivery Driver/Storeperson you will be responsible for the following:
- Transporting goods and products from the central warehouse out to commercial sites.
- Adhere to the delivery routes and schedule.
- Follow reasonable customer instructions regarding the placement of delivered goods.
- Handle customer questions and communicate any customer questions and concerns to the supervisor.
This is a mixed Delivery Driver/Warehouse Storeperson role. Warehouse duties required involve:
- Picking
- Packing
- RF Scanning
- Receiving
- Dispatch
- Warehouse Labouring
- Repetitive lifting
- Stacking and wrapping pallets
Shift Pattern: 8am-4.30pm - Monday to Friday
Role commencement: Immediate start
Pay rate: $32.25p/h
Location: Fyshwick
To be successful, you will possess the following:
- Current Australian Drivers License - C Class License preferred, however Provisional License also accepted.
- Minimum 12 months warehousing experience.
- Proven transport experience.
- Proven driver record.
- Commitment to operating vehicles and equipment safely while maintaining compliance to all WHS policies and procedures.
- Experience in dealing with customers and providing high quality customer service.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
