About the role
As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be responsible for the following:
- Providing accurate and timely quotes for air and sea freight services
- Managing import operations for Sea, Air and Road freight
- Using Cargowise software for logistics and documentation
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Providing logistic solutions
- Handling administrative duties with precision
- Solving problems and addressing client inquiries professionally
To be successful, you will possess the following:
- Proven experience in a customer service or logistics role
- Basic operational knowledge of import sea and air freight
- Proficiency in Cargowise software (mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Problem-solving abilities and self-motivation
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Must successfully pass a Drug & Alcohol test
