Reports To: National Customer Service Lead
Are you a dynamic and proactive individual with a passion for delivering top-notch customer service? Our client are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team at their Wetherill Park location. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, efficiency, and care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and processing orders promptly via phone and email.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships through open and interactive communication.
- Resolve customer issues effectively by identifying solutions and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to meet customer needs.
- Maintain accurate customer information in our database and ensure timely reporting.
- Participate in and assist with health and safety training and duties as required.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a B2B/B2C customer service role.
- Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and retain product knowledge.
