In this role, you will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining equipment for both in-house and mainstream brands. You will be vital in providing exceptional after-sales service and fostering strong client relationships. · $70,000 per annum & 11.5% Super.

About the role
As a Support Technician, you will be responsible for the following:
· An understanding of healthcare-related products and the ability to perform repairs and maintenance.
· The main point of contact for customers and clients, specializing in after-sales service.
· Provide recommendations and solutions to clients regarding equipment maintenance.
· Carrying out cleaning, repairs, and maintenance of various equipment
· Identifying potential business leads
· Participate in the company Lean program to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient workplace.
To Be Successful, You Will Have:
· At least 2 years of experience in a technical field, such as electrical, mechanical, or healthcare equipment maintenance.
· Prior experience in technical support, equipment servicing, or a similar role is highly beneficial.
· Proven experience in providing excellent customer service
· Relevant certifications in electrical, mechanical, or healthcare technology (e.g., engineering, electronics, or medical device maintenance) are highly desirable.
· Strong familiarity with tools and equipment used in maintenance and repairs.
· A valid and clean driver's license is required for on-site support using a company vehicle.
· A solid understanding of health and safety practices
· Pre-Employment Checks: Covid-19 vaccination status and a police check are required.
