We are urgently seeking over 10-15 dynamic individuals to join this exciting company and make a significant impact from day one. Benefits:
- Competitive base salary of $65,000, plus 11.5% superannuation, uncapped commission, and quarterly bonuses (OTE 100k)
- Permanent position
- Six-month salary reviews based on performance

- No weekend work! Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

- Annual overseas trip for high performers

About the Role:
- Make impactful outbound calls to engage potential clients
- Efficiently set appointments or close deals during conversations
- Identify customer needs and communicate the client's value proposition
- Take responsibility for managing and developing your schedule, including follow-ups and future opportunities
- Meet weekly KPIs and targets with enthusiasm
- Call leads from a database and research potential prospects
- Utilize CRM and data entry systems for smooth operations
- Effectively manage customers through lead generation, pipeline management, organization, and strong listening skills
- Apply and continuously improve various sales and communication techniques
To be Successful, You Will Need:
- Sales Experience: Ideally, you have a track record in sales
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ambition to succeed in a sales-driven environment
- Competitive nature
- Monetary motivation
