As an experienced Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the business with the screening, interviewing, and placement of candidates across a wide range of industry & infrastructure projects in Queensland.
Our office is based in Yeerongpilly and has recently been awarded Branch of the Quarter for being the fastest-growing national team, they are on target for Fiji 2024!

The Role
Responsible for drafting and placing job advertisements on relevant recruitment platforms such as SEEK, Indeed and LinkedIn
Screening candidates via verbal and written communication
Conducting face-to-face interviews & pre-employment checks
Placing candidates with host employers
Database management
General administration as required.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience within the trade, industrial or similar recruitment arena, either in-house or agency (highly regarded)
Proven success in providing service excellence
A degree in HR or related is preferred but not essential
Strong level of computer literacy
Proactive and positive approach with a strong team ethic
A high level of professionalism with a passion for self-growth
Sound communication, confident, excellent interpersonal skills
Disciplined, well organised, advanced time management skills
