As a Maintenance Worker your main tasks include:
- Restore and clean-up worksites
- Assist experienced crews on-site
- Operate power tools and machinery as needed
- Handle and transport materials and equipment
- Follow supervisor instructions for manual labour tasks (e.g., digging, site restorations, wastewater clean-ups)
- Deliver materials and equipment to assist other crew members in completing projects on time
Essential requirements for these roles include:
- Must have a P2 license or higher
- Ability to meet physical demands (standing long periods, heavy lifting, all-weather work)
- Pass a physical assessment and drug/alcohol test
- White Card
- Reliability and punctuality
- Police check and a clean driving record
