They are looking to employ a new Logistics Co-ordinator with an immediate start due to growth within their business.

About the role
As a Logistics coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:
- Manage the scheduling, planning, and tracking of shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods in excellent condition, meeting customer delivery windows.
- Coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure smooth handovers of delivery and products, while liaising with clients to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve any delays, complaints, or vehicle breakdowns promptly to minimise disruptions.
- Track and report key delivery performance metrics, such as on-time delivery rates and customer satisfaction, to improve service efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, route plans, and any changes made throughout the day.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and freight companies to ensure seamless operations and coordination
To be successful, you will possess the following:
- At least 1 year demonstrated experience in logistics co-ordination (preferred)
- Experience in Healthcare industry (Highly desirable)
- Demonstrated experience in using Outlook, managing phone inquiries, and providing top-tier customer service with strong organisational skills.
- Understanding basic understanding of accounting concepts
- A strong ability to maintain focus on tasks while delivering results.
- Valid transport to get to and from work.
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and flu (or willing to be vaccinated)
