The appointment of an HR and WHS Coordinator who will support our National HR and Operations team based in Sydney CBD will be critical to our continued success. This position is available due to extended leave and may have the opportunity to become permanent.
The HR & WHS Coordinator will work closely with the National HR & Operations Manager/National HR Advisor, who is based in our CBD offices and supports the HR & WHS function across the company. YOU MUST HAVE A PASSION FOR SAFETY!
Reporting to the National HR & Operations Manager, your duties will include:
- Assisting with the coordination of the Workplace Health & Safety function
- Assisting with the coordination of return-to-work programs
- Delivery of safety training along with assistance with new employee onboarding
- Participate in coordinating the employee engagement program
- Undertake various HR projects

To excel in this role, the key attributes, qualification and experience you will need to bring include:
- Cert IV or Diploma in Human Resources or WHS is essential
- High-level of computer literacy in word and excel
- Strong diligence, time management and organisational skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work from an office based environment
