Our client is currently recruiting Mechanical Fitter working in Brisbane and throughout regional QLD for an immediate start.

About the role
- Travel throughout Queensland (Travel and accommodation provided)
- Repairs and maintenance to crushers and screens
- Installation, maintenance and repairs of machinery to minimize downtime
- MIG and TIG Welding
- Safety and compliance, adhering to safety protocols while performing tasks and ensuring a safe work environment
- General duties as required for the role
- 10 hour days (Plus overtime)
To be successful, you will possess the following:
- Current MR Licence (Or willing to obtain)
- Quarry experience essential
- Construction White Card
- Trade certificate
- EWP (Essential)
- Confined spaces (Essential)
- Full Rights to Work in Australia
- Current resume with 2 x work related referees.
- PPE - Lace Up Steel capped boots and cotton drill hi-vis shirt with reflector strips, Long Reflective Cotton Drill Pants, hard hat and welding helmet
