As they continue to expand, they seek a Finance Manager to join their team and play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making.

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the Finance Manager will lead a small team while overseeing the ANZ division's financial operations. This includes ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with Australian and US regulations. The Finance Manager will also work closely with the local leadership team and the US parent company to support strategic decision-making and maintain the organisation's financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Preparing and analysing financial reports.
• Ensuring Tax Compliance & Governance.
• Utilising financial systems such as Microsoft 365, advanced Excel, and OneStream.

Your Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (CPA/CA qualification preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a manufacturing or multinational environment.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax regulations, and accounting standards.
• Proven track record of working with international financial teams and managing compliance with local and US accounting standards.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably D365, or similar platforms.
