They are looking to employ delivery drivers with an immediate start due to growth within their business.

About the role
As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for the following:
- Work efficiently in diverse environments and safely deliver a range of healthcare equipment to various facilities including hospitals, aged care facilities, mobility support, rehabilitation, assistive technologies, and private homes.
- Assist to pick, load and prepare products, including product assembly when required.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) for delivery time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction, while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Handle sensitive equipment with care and professionalism.
- Keep precise delivery records and documentation via Outlook emails and respond to all emails received in a timely manner.
- Communicate with the transport coordinator, freight and courier companies, customers and clients in accordance with their instructions and company policies.
To be successful, you will possess the following:
- Willing to work in diverse environments, including hospitals, aged care facilities, and private homes with a professional and empathetic approach maintaining excellent customer service and proficient in using Outlook for email and scheduling.
- Physically able to handle deliveries and assist with assembly installations.
- Holds a valid Class C driver's license with a clean driving record.
- LF Forklift License preferred.
- Must provide a recent Police Clearance or willing to obtain one. (issued within the last 6 months).
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and flu (or willing to be vaccinated).
