They are seeking a motivated Customer Service Officer & Warehouse Support to efficient, accurate, and timely service to customers and suppliers while supporting warehouse operations.

About the role
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for the following:
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers.
- Accurately pick, pack, and load customer orders using material handling equipment.
- Ensure timely dispatch and receiving of goods while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and achieve KPIs.
- Follow WHS policies and maintain a safe work environment.
- Load/unload vehicles and ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility requirements.
To be successful, you will possess the following:
- Experience in a customer service environment and/or warehouse operations.
- Forklift Licence (LF) and knowledge of Dangerous Goods handling.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
- Certificate III in Warehousing (Desirable)
- Store Picker Licence (Desirable)
- Prior experience using RF scanners, Voice Picking, or Pick to Light systems.
