About the role
As a Customer Service Officer, your duties include:
- Process orders, forms, applications, and product inquiries.
- Use Dynamics 365 (D365) for data entry and customer records.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Process and follow up on Corrective Action Reports with relevant departments.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with departments on customer/product-related issues.
- Liaise with the purchasing team regarding customer back orders.
- Address customer requests and ensure timely resolutions.
To be successful, you will possess the following:
- Customer Service experience in a B2B environment
- Experience in Supply Chain, and an understanding of sale, distribution and logistics in a warehouse environment
- Understanding of the end-to-end sales process
- Experience in prompt and accurate processing of orders and enquiries via inbound calls and email as well as customer "Walk-ins" on site
- Experience with ERP Microsoft D365 or Aspect or similar
- Experience in handling large number of inbound calls and emails
- Full Rights to Work in Australia
