As the Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service. This role requires an initiative-taking approach to account management, a thorough understanding of client objectives, and the ability to deliver packaging solutions that enhance their products in the market.

About the role
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Act as the main liaison between clients and our internal teams (design, production, and logistics) to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review account performance and discuss upcoming projects or changes.
- Collaborate with the internal team to create comprehensive proposals tailored to client requirements.
To be successful, you will possess the following:
- 3+ years of experience in account management or sales in B2B
- Experience in industries such as packaging, distribution, and manufacturing, Industrial or FMCG is highly regarded .
- Understanding of manufacturing processes
- Proven record in increasing gross margin stream via existing or new customers.
- Persuasive communication and people skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
